About the Organization

CDT is a non-profit organization focused on democratic development, civic engagement, and open data initiatives in Montenegro.

My Role

What began as general IT support evolved into a wide-reaching role across digital strategy, design, development, and organizational infrastructure. I worked full-time for three years and continued as a remote consultant thereafter.

What I Did

• Led and maintained IT infrastructure and office systems (on-site and remote)
• Designed and developed websites, infographics, and animations
• Worked across UX/UI: prototyping, wireframing, user analysis
• Developed web tools and platforms (custom WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
• Managed projects involving open data, transparency, and civic tools
• Wrote internal IT policies (including IT Security policy)
• Maintained and managed Office 365 and internal server environments
• Communicated with project stakeholders and international donors
• Represented CDT at conferences and working meetings abroad
