VARIOUS WORK FOR MONTENEGRIN NGO

CDT is a non-profit focused on democratic development, civic engagement, and open data in Montenegro. I started more or less as the IT / web admin person, and very quickly moved into building websites, full redesigns, and migrating their local intranet to Microsoft 365 — full-time through 2017, then remote consultant.

The brief

IT admin → builder → coordinator → remote consultant.

Full-time from 2014 to 2017. Early on I handled IT and web admin; that grew into designing and developing websites (including multiple lifecycles of the organisation site), open-data and research platforms with large datasets, simple internal PHP tools, infographics, and animation. I also migrated the local intranet to Microsoft 365 and wrote internal IT policies, including IT Security.

As ICT Coordinator I ran project coordination: meeting stakeholders, negotiating scopes, deliverables, and funding abroad, and representing CDT at workshops and partner-organisation meetings — much of it around open data and transparency.

After leaving full-time, I kept supporting them remotely: server infrastructure, intranet, and occasional software development. Key platforms included cdtmn.org, raskrinkavanje.me, nvoindeks.cdtmn.org, otvoreneinstitucije.cdtmn.org, and otvorenopravosudje.cdtmn.org.
