For over 12 years now, I've been building for the web with a focus on front-end and UX design and development — with earlier stretches of freelancing before my first full-time role in 2014. Along the way, I've picked up experience in project coordination and back-end work, often stepping in to connect the dots when projects needed it. That path led into the full-stack work I do now.
I've worked with teams of all sizes, through full-time roles, freelance projects, and consultative work, helping bring ideas to life on the web for clients across Europe and the U.S. I'm especially driven by creating experiences with technology that feel intuitive, stay out of the way, respect the principles of the web, and make things easier for everyone involved — and most importantly, get the right result.

Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) promotes democratic reforms and transparency in Montenegro. Started in IT/web admin and moved quickly into full website redesigns, open-data platforms, and upgrading the local intranet. As ICT Coordinator, handled project coordination with stakeholders — scopes, deliverables, and funding — and represented the organisation at workshops and partner meetings. (Full-time: 2014–2017 | Remote consultant since: servers, intranet, and occasional development.)
